Spectaculu Productions is a special employment unit that looks after partnerships for employing the young people trained at the school and offers qualified labour to support the staging of theatrical shows, films, TV, exhibitions, shows and events.

The Employment Unit works to insert students who are still at the school, as well as its graduate specialists, in the market, carrying out monitoring during the young people’s first years of working life. This ensures the real integration of Spectaculu students in the labour market and income generation for underprivileged families.

Since 2003, the Unit has already placed Spectaculu’s young professionals in almost 5,000 permanent and temporary jobs in productions in Brazil and also in some partnerships with productions from England, USA, France, Germany and Switzerland.  Find out how to employ a Spectaculu young student.
